Weight standard
Priority should be given to vehicle models with a weight of ≤ 8kg (recommended range: 6-8kg), and aviation aluminum alloy or carbon fiber is preferred for the frame material, balancing lightweight and load-bearing capacity.
Ultra lightweight models: DKF-A8 (3.9kg), DKF-T18 (4.2kg).
Folding design
It needs to be folded within 3 seconds with one hand, and the folded volume should be ≤ 60 × 50 × 30cm.
The preferred design is the "one click car collection" to avoid models that require manual fastening of straps or additional disassembly of seats.
Suspension system
Lightweight vehicles must be equipped with at least four-wheel spring suspension and EVA foam tires.
It is recommended to choose a model with a universal wheel diameter of ≥ 12cm for complex road surfaces.
Sunshade and ventilation
The full canopy cover should be covered with UPF50+sun protection certification, and the ventilation system should prioritize a combination of top sunroof and back breathable mesh.
